His name Kanji combine the words for "unicorn" ( ikkakujū) and "pegasus" ( tenba), but are given the furigana pronunciation of Pegasus only.As a human, he is Helios (エリオス, Eriosu), the priest of Elysion. In the Japanese version, he is voiced by chika sakamoto. His name is a Japanese approximation of the French word perle, which means Naoko Takeuchi's Materials Collection artbook states that the idea behind the character is "pearl, liqueur, and bonbons." Perle wears many pearl ornaments such as pearl earrings, and there are pearls inside his flute. His wings are revealed at the end of the film. When his new friend is nearly captured, he decides to join the Senshi in their fight. His loyalty to the evil queen wavers after befriending Chibiusa or rini at the beginning of the movie. Perle seems to feel sympathy for the children of Earth-unlike the others, he is never shown mesmerizing them with his flute. Like the other fairies, he possesses a magical Flute. He is the younger brother of the more enthusiastic Poupelin. Perle (ペルル, Peruru?, called Peruru in the dub) is a Supporting Character who originally allied with Queen Badiane. Also to protect the dreams, of everyone on earth.
Which Helios never did this he lives to protect the shrine. Because he use to work for Queen Badiane. Perle is a hole different person then Helios. Well I was reffering to the Anime movies K!! AKA The better seiries Thats not true Helios is the pegasus not the fairy, he appear in Sailor Moon SS as Chibiusa'a friend and the Preist of the shrine in the center of the earth, according to the manga!!!
